Is Logitech M720 compatible with iPad?
Logitech’s M720 Triathlon, as the name implies, will pair with up to three different devices, which should be as many as most people need for a single mouse. It can do this over either Bluetooth (which is great for your iPad) or Logitech’s own Unifying USB Receiver for devices that don’t have Bluetooth LE capabilities.
Pressing the gesture button (at the base where your thumb rests) brings up Windows 10’s task view and timeline, and pressing and swiping up in any of the four directions launches different shortcuts.
Multiple Methods of Reset Check the bottom of your mouse, and turn the power to the On position. Look under the power button for the reset button. If one is there, hold the reset for five full seconds to reset the mouse.

Logitech has an easy to use unifying software which allows you to connect multiple Logitech products using the same receiver. So, you can keep one USB receiver always plugged into your laptop and it will connect and communicate with all of your wireless peripherals.
How do you reset your mouse?
To reset a computer mouse:
- Unplug the mouse.
- With the mouse unplugged, hold down the left and right mouse buttons.
- While holding down the mouse buttons, plug the mouse back into the computer.
- After around 5 seconds, release the buttons. You will see an LED flash if it resets successfully.
The Connect button is generally on the bottom of the wireless mouse. You may need to use a paperclip or thin instrument to press the connect button. When the wireless mouse connects to the receiver, you will be able to use it on your PC or Mac. Not all wireless mouses have a connect button.
The middle mouse button is basically used to open and close tabs, but it can do so much more. The middle mouse button (which is the scroll wheel on most mice today) is basically used for two purposes on the web: first, open links in new tabs, and second, close open tabs.
What is hyper scrolling?
Hyperscrolling is a “feature” in certain mouses, usually logitech that allows players to make the scrollwheel scroll super fast. This, paired with binding your jump to mwheelup and mwheeldown allows you to have an unfair advantage over other players, having better jumps etc.
The two extra buttons for your thumb on the left side also make it really easy to flick back and forward in a web browser or media player. The notched scroll wheel clicks down as well as to the left and right for horizontal scrolling: a “must have” for anyone that deals in daily spreadsheets.
