What are the parts of a triathlon?
The three typical components of triathlon: swimming, cycling, and running. A triathlon is an endurance multisport race consisting of swimming, cycling, and running over various distances.
What should a beginner wear for a triathlon?
In a triathlon you want to wear what is called a triathlon suit or a triathlon kit (a top/bottom combo) designed to be worn in the swim, the bike, and finally the run.
