Where do you mark a triathlon body?
If armbands are worn by the athlete, the body marking tattoo or number can be displayed above the top of the band on the upper shoulder.
What do you need for a triathlon?
The Must-Have Triathlon List:
- Wear your triathlon clothing and shoes. For many, we simply recommend wearing your tri shorts and your tri top or shirt to the race.
- Bike. This might seem obvious, but people have forgotten bikes before.
- Bike Carrier.
- Bike Shoes.
- Swim Goggles.
- Wetsuit, if needed.

What is a triathlon race belt?
Race number belts – the name says it all, a race number belt is just an adjustable belt that displays your race number during the run. This piece of gear is pretty nice to have during a triathlon because you don’t need to worry about changing clothes or riding with your number on.
Where is the bike stem?
A stem is the component that connects your handlebars to the frame of your bike. A threadless stem clamps around the steerer tube of your bicycle’s fork whereas a quill stem inserts inside the top of the fork steerer tube and is held in place internally.
