What do you do in a triathlon?
Triathlon is a multi-discipline sport consisting of swimming, cycling and running, and is a great sport to keep active. Plus, by taking on the three disciplines, you can keep training fun and varied too!
What happens to your body during a triathlon?

- For those with limited time combine the workouts: e.g. run to the pool, do a spin class followed by a run etc.
- In block one, the focus is on consistent movement and enjoyment.
